The option to see the Search History within the Advanced Search feature exists if the system preference :ref:`EnableSearchHistory <enablesearchhistory-label>` is set to 'Keep'. This system preference controls whether the staff interface keeps :ref:`search history <search-history-label>` for logged in users. The search history will be accessible under the link to your account at the top right of the staff interface and additionally under the Advanced Search option.
