2FA\_ENABLE
This notice is sent to a staff user when they enable the :ref:`two-factor authentication <two-factor-authentication-staff-label>` on their account.
2FA\_OTP\_TOKEN
This notice is used to send a time-based one-time password to a staff user for them to use to log into the staff interface if they have enabled the :ref:`two-factor authentication <two-factor-authentication-staff-label>` on their account.
ACCEPTED
This notice is sent to the patron when their :ref:`purchase suggestion is accepted <approve-reject-suggestions-label>`.
If you don't want to send this notice, simply delete it.
ACCOUNT\_PAYMENT
This notice is sent for each :ref:`payment transaction <pay-and-writeoff-fines-label>` in a patron's account if the :ref:`UseEmailReceipts <useemailreceipts-label>` system preference is set to 'Send'.
ACCOUNT\_WRITEOFF
This notice is sent for each :ref:`writeoff transaction <pay-and-writeoff-fines-label>` in a patron's account if the :ref:`UseEmailReceipts <useemailreceipts-label>` system preference is set to 'Send'.
ACQCLAIM (Acquisition claim)
Used for :ref:`claiming orders <claims-and-late-orders-label>` in the :ref:`aquisitions module <acquisitions-label>`.
ACQCLAIM is the code of the sample notice, but it's possible to define several notices choosing any code. Only the module 'Claim acquisition' will be taken into account. All notices with this module will appear in the pull down on the :ref:`late orders page <claims-and-late-orders-label>`.
This notice is sent if several criteria are met:
The staff patron triggering the email has a valid email address.
The :ref:`vendor contact <vendors-label>` marked as 'Contact about late orders?' has a valid email address.
ACQORDER (Acquisition order)
Used in the :ref:`acquisitions module <acquisitions-label>` to send order information to the vendor
The notice is triggered manually from the :ref:`basket summary page <edit-basket-label>` using the 'Email order' button in the toolbar.
The :ref:`vendor contact <vendors-label>` marked as 'Primary acquisitions contact' and 'Contact when ordering' has a valid email address.
ACQ\_NOTIF\_ON\_RECEIV
Used in the acquisition module to :ref:`inform patrons on receiving orders <order-patron-notifications-label>` they have been added to.
AR\_CANCELED
This notice is sent to the patron when an :ref:`article request <managing-article-requests-label>` is cancelled by staff.
AR\_COMPLETED
This notice is sent to the patron when an :ref:`article request <managing-article-requests-label>` is marked as completed by staff.
AR\_PENDING
This notice is sent to the patron when an :ref:`article request <managing-article-requests-label>` is changed to 'pending' status
