This system preference is used to exclude specific patron categories from the automatic long overdue process (enabled by the :ref:`DefaultLongOverdueLostValue and DefaultLongOverdueDays <defaultlongoverduelostvalue-and-defaultlongoverduedays-label>` system preferences).
